Galaxy Exteriors came to my remote cabin in Big Tujunga Canyon after the Station Fire to rebuild my garage that burned down. They did all the tedious work getting permits and dealing with the Forestry. They built to my exact preferences which was to recreate what had originally been there. Great experience with this company. Not only were their prices better than their competitors, but the personal attention to my concerns surpassed my expectations. Galaxy replaced 38 windows in my 60-plus year-old duplex in Los Angeles, replaced a major pillar damaged by termites, and redid the stucco and painting, turning my old house into one of the most beautiful in the neighborhood. I was very fortunate to have had Galaxy Exteriors as my contractor when building my new shop. From the planning stages through construction, the professionalism and knowledge they showed kept me totally confident throughout the entire build. Nothing came as a surprise cost, because everything was spelled out and confirmed prior to being done. We had Galaxy Exteriors replace our the ancient aluminum-framed windows on our new house and I can't say enough about the quality of the product and their work. Kerry is friendly, knowledgeable and determined to make you happy. When he came out for the initial consultation, he explained his product very thoroughly and make lots of great suggestions on the installation. His installers were thorough, friendly and super fast. Kerry has been a great resource in assisting us on the work to our 1924 Mediterranean style home in San Bernardino. He first began 5 years ago when we purchased the house with finishing out the garage in addition to plumbing, water damage repair and electrical work. All of his work has been top notch, he schedules his work so it has minimal interference with our daily activities and his crews are courteous, understanding and clean up the work each day. Genuinely concerned about their clients. Provided excellent follow up and service last week when our son broke a window 4 years after installation. The original job was 24 windows and doors. Still recognized and knew us by first name. Acted with urgency to help us find a solution. Our first contractor left us hanging and we were so discouraged. Then we were referred to Galaxy through BNI, a local business group. Hello Everyone Have you ever had a spouse that was picky... well when Kerry and Jose showed up at my home and saw what poor workmanship that was done by another contractor and found out that the spouse was just as picky... they were more that happy to help me fix my bathrooms and laundry room and some other things around the house. Jane was our sales rep she was terrific, she answered every question and concern we had, and when she was not sure about the installation method we wanted to use she called Kerry and he was at our house within an hour measuring and explaining how it could be done. Thanks for the windows! First they kept the sound out, now they're also keeping the cold out. Your crew was ultra-professional and extremely aware of their surroundings. From the sales personnel to the workers they were compeletly professional in the work the did in our home. We needed new windows and they gave us great price and did an excellent job when it came to the installation they were there when they said they would be, without any incidents, and they look GREAT. Hello We are looking for some french doors for our master bedroom. We contacted Kerry and set an appointment. He showed up on time (which is a good start) Looked at what we were wanting to do and he gave us lots of options, from not much money to top of the line.
