Diy4law did a fantastic job. My only issue was that it took a little longer than I had expected to get my papers. I had wanted to file in a week and a half and it took a little over two weeks to get my finalized bankruptcy papers. I didn't know it was possible to file bankruptcy myself, let alone use an online service. A coworker recommended DIY4LAW because of the great experience they had. It was everthing they told me. All I can say is make sure you research any online company you are planning on using! I thought I did my homework when I used another company, but soon discovered that I got ripped off and they didn’t even have a phone number to call nor did they answer my emails for a refund!!! I would have filed bankruptcy sooner, but I was trying to figure out a way to scrape money together to hire an attorney. I came across DIY4LAW on the internet and was amazed. Besides doing a fantastic job, the biggest thing for me, was that they handled all of my creditors phone calls! It was to the point that I was getting at least 2-3 calls EVERY day from very rude, threatening creditor’s. I needed to file in a hurry because I was facing a lawsuit. I used the Platinum Package and what I received was basically an attorney who did my entire bankruptcy. He even filed electronically for me so I did not have to go to the court for that. DIY4LAW was great! They actually had a phone number unlike most other online services, and they even have office staff to take phone calls and answer questions. The service I received was fantastic, however, I wish they offered the option to overnight my documents instead of Priority Mail as I was in a huge hurry. Other than that I was very satified. My bankruptcy was pretty complicated. Or so I was told by the two attorneys that I had a consultation with. They told me I needed them to handle my situation.
