We reside in Escondido, Ca. Mr. Kennedy Monfiero, owner and director of ONDUTY24-7, cared for my husband Tom after he completed a rehab program at Tri-City Hospital. Kennedy worked with my husband to help keep him mobile. He stayed with us during the week and returned to his home in Long Beach, Ca. on the weekends.
