If you like a revolving door of under trained pool service "technicians " , you will love Claro Pools. I signed with them in August 2016 and since have had 4 or 5 different people cleaning the pool , none of them appearing to have had much experience or training .Each one of these workers received the code to access my secured pool area . We inherited Hire Standards when we bought our house over a year ago. Their pool service is excellent ... on time ... reliable and efficient. Earlier this year we hired HS to instal a roof top thermal pool heating system. The job was done quickly and with a minimum amount of mess or distraction. We began using Hire Standards pool service about seven years ago based on a neighbors recommendation; and in addition use them for small maintenance jobs. It was be happen stance that Hire Standard Pool Service became our provider. We were having a problem finding good reliable service provider to maintain our pool. We have had a lest 5 pool service providers none of which was able to maintain our pool to even a satisfactory level. Hire Standards has been our pool service for more than a year. I find the entire staff to be very professional and friendly. They respond promptly to questions, assisting me with much needed "equipment education", and when necessary they have been available for additional technical help. Hire Standards Pool Company is very fitting of its name "Hire Standards" because the service you receive as a client is of the highest standards. Hire Standards has been doing our pool and yard maintenance for over one year and for over 150 consecutive times they have shown up and done their job. Our previous maintenance people were unreliable at best - sometimes they simply wouldn't show up, but still expect to be paid at the end of the month. I have used Hire Standards for the last three years as my weekly pool maintenance, and when needed, pool repair service. I have been completely satisfied with their level of service, time conscientiousness, and reasonable costs. Before Hire standards, my pool cleaners were hardly timely - I had three before hiring Hire Standards - all three were the sole service person. This is an absolutely fantastic company. They are 100% service oriented and dependable beyond your wildest expectations. We have used pool maintenance companies for over 30 years. Hire Standards is by far the best ever. Not only are they good at what they do, but they are reliable, honest, fair, and reasonably priced. On those occasions when we have experienced a problem with our pool or spa, we call, and someone shows up almost immediately -- even on a weekend!
