What i like about this company is that they are not pushy, they dont try to shove things down your throat, Dave sat with me and we came up with a winning formula for my business. I attempted to correct the matter through several avenues. After receiving no response, then insulting offers and customer service, I opened a BBB dispute. They responded with a lie (that they sent UPS to pick up said items.) I requested proof as I'd never heard of such an offer, nor did UPS ever attempt to pick up said items. They never did respond, so the case has been closed.
