After having discussed my options with other companies I became more confused than when I started seeking legal advice and about knowing how to deal with my messy home situation. I bought my residence at the height of the market in 2006. Since then, many different circumstances in life, led me to attempt a loan workout. I want to thank everyone in your organization for the help and support in the process of modifying my mortgage. I was informed every step of the way. Including that there was nothing new, just to check in and for reassuring me when I was scared of losing my home. I have lived here 33 years and raised 4 kids in this house. First and foremost I want to thank Olga for her knowledge and hard work to make this happen for our family. Literally and metaphorically, she is an angel.
