Do not do business with this company. Their technicians are not qualified for refrigeration. Furthermore, they will charge you for labor even if your contract says they won’t. Your price for parts will be inflated to include labor. I signed a two year service contract with Aztil to start April 2015. Their contract includes labor at no charge. I pay for parts. I could not wait to give my ac company a good rating's folks down at Acidly have always taken care of us and when our ac broke down on a Holiday weekend and us being new to Florida back in the 90's.We went off the word of a neighbor. Well we were happy and had air that day. On a Sunday these people actually brought us a free standing airconditioner to keep us cool until the next day. This company is ONLY interested in selling useless products when they come out to service your air conditioner. We have spent thousands on useless products and poor installation of a humidistat that resulted in a $17,000.00 clean up of mold when the humidistat caused the air conditioner not to kick on. I called a tech out today because the motor on the fan for my AC was broken. He advised it was under warrantee but it would be $125.00 for the company to switch out the part with the manufacture. Then with labor cost it would cost me anywhere between 550.00 to almost 700.00 if I wanted a service contracted added to that. On the low end for parts and labor $550.00. This company cannot be trusted. They sent out 4 different men to fix my dryer over a six week period. I paid $282.00 for the work. After 6 weeks, it was decided that so many people had been out and no one knew what had been done so no one knew what was wrong. They wanted me to pay $335.00 more for more parts. I find that this company goes above and beyond to help people. I am 79yrs old. I live in Greenacres fl. My air went down on me and I called this company and I had no money. I have alot of medical bills and I knew the condition of my Airconditioner. I had 2 companies come to my home and I knew I needed a brand new one but I decided to just use fans. We purchased an appliance contract w/them a number of times and paid over $600.00 each time for the contract for them to service our units which they did for over 6 years. Every time one of their techs came to service the unit they constantly tried to upsell us w/mole bulbs that were very very expensive. Thank goodness we never went w/those purchases. The ac's handler in the attic was making an odd thumping sound. The air was perfectly cool, but the sound scared me so I turned the unit off. Aztil installed the unit, so we called them. They showed up for the 115.00 $ service call, telling us that we need a motor and a blower. The parts were under warranty and he would be back in the morning to replace parts. Aztil air conditioning owes me $4125.00 for services I have rendered to them since Nov. 2009. As of this date of 6/21/2010 they have not paid me nor even had the consideration of calling me as to when I can pick up my payment. I advise anybody doing business with them not to extend credit to them because not only will it take pulling teeth to get paid, when the business ends they wont want to pay you. Twice in a row I scheduled a 6-month tune-up with Aztil, and twice they failed to show. No calls, no confirmation. I question their commitment to "reliable service," as their web-site claims. When I called to ask for the service manager or the general manager, I got the usual "they are not available" response. After meeting two people from Aztil a/c at a home show, I called them to do an a/c maintenance checkup on the a/c in my new home. I was told they were running a special for $19.00.
