We paid off our mortgage a month ago; we had about $5,000 in the escrow account. We are still waiting for the check. The customer service rep claims it was mailed 10 days ago and that it takes the post office 7 to 14 business days to deliver mail. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKS KNOWLEDGE ON OFFERING CUSTOMERS ACCUATE INFORMATION AND IM SICK OF THIS BANK. MY NEXT STEP IS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO DO MY BANKING. I have had many problems with the bank as far as reliable service.
