when i try to get someone on the phone it's always difficult to reach them. The number for the office rings to someone different every time. There is not a office phone or a receptionist that will answer. When i have had a repair i used the form like they said to use and wait over 5 days then finally called to find out why it hadn't been fixed. They are not the friendliest in person or over the phone. I have dealt with a lot of property managers in many states, and the good people at 624Homes have been exceptional. They provided great service, were always prompt and courteous in their communications and stayed on top of all the details of my property. Diana helped me with a rental in a difficult time with difficult board members but kept at it until everything was in order. When it looked like the last tenant was going to fall through, she still remained professional and didn't try to force the rental if it wasn't right for me. I would use her company again for sure. Since turning my apartment building over to Diana Welcer and her crew at 624Home to manage, I have been able to breathe a sigh of relief! She has been the best thing to happen to the property -- cleaning it up, stablizing the tenants, and bringing in new tenants. Several years ago I was looking to rent a townhouse in West Palm Beach, FL and came across a townhouse that was listed with Shir lee Rosenberg. I contacted Shir lee and she was able to show me the unit the next day. I also asked her if she could find some other units in the area for me to look at within the next few days and she delivered. I admit, not knowing much about how property management companies operate when managing your property tends to bring skepticism but after speaking and later meeting Diana Welcer of 624Home Property Management, I must say her professionalism and attention to detail has exceeded my expectations. My experience with Diana at HPM II was far and away the best I've had in Florida! Her attention was prompt, honest, and right on target with showing me appropriate properties based on my needs (which were many, including LARGE pets). My experience with HPM II was very good. Diana, one of the property managers, was who I dealt with. She was honest, very accommodating. I would send my friends to her. She is EXTREMELY hard working and if something did not make a match she found something that did. Diana, should be commended on her representation of HPMII. Hello 624 Home has been a great company to work with. Before I was a client, having rental properties was the most stressful part of my life. Natasha did a great job managing a duplex with two challenging tenants. She also oversaw the property as it went through a short sale. The real-estate agent was of minimal value and Natasha went above and beyond her role to help see this disaster to completion. All while managing the property and tenants.
