The service department tried to talk me into $5k in repairs that I did not need. I took my 2003 Element here because it overheated. The mechanics told me that the radiator fans were bad and when it overheated, it blew the radiator and head gasket. They told me there was no point in replacing the head gasket because of the age of the car. They said I needed to replace the engine and radiator and fans. I visited Delray Honda a couple of weeks ago and was prepared for an unpleasant morning. The Service Advisors were pleasant and even the Cashier was extra nice.
