The experience I had was awful. The guy did not call that he was going to be late and ended up being 2 hours late for their initial service and they only walked the outside, sprayed for literally 5 minutes and left. I had cancelled the account and was still getting service and billed. I would not do service with them again. Read More »

Signed up for 4 quarter contract, however the serviceman did not stop after 4 quarters. He came out again and then charged me for an unauthorized visit. After several phone calls and what I thought was resolution they turned over the $93 bill to a collection agency who calls 4-5 times a day. Overall a very unpleasant experience. Read More »

On the good side the company provides a standard service of pest control. Their yearly contract is based on 4 quarterly visits, and visit when required to control a pest. Service is standard, price is about average to what you can get in the market However I wont recommend to do business with this company, they have deceiving practices to make you sign a yearly contract and get you on the hook for at least 5 quarters.
