I witnessed this company going through customers belongings when I was at the Deerfield Beach,FL location. I was horrified the piles of customers personal items(family pictures) being sweeped in the trash bin. Very upsetting to watch. Employees seemed amused with this behavior. I hired Suddath to move my household goods and purchased the Full Value Protection option to cover any damages Suddath caused to my household goods. During the move, Suddath's agents damaged $500 worth of my household goods. I was disappointed that my goods were damaged; however, I felt confident that Suddath would honor their contract and pay for the damages they caused. I was wrong.
