I could not believe the level of professionalism, expert, and accommodating as this one. I had my kids make last minute plans to visit and I had to have that same day. I have hired many contractors as I am in the business or re-habbing homes. Florida Pool Heating delivered everything promised and more. They were on time. They could not offer enough in the way of customer service and they took it on themselves to repair multiple plumbing issues that I had a quote of $ 550.00 from another vendor to repair and Florida Pool Heating did it at NO CHARGE. After doing a great amount of research and contacting 6 different companies for our pool project we decided on Florida Pool Heating. They were actually our first phone call and ended up our last. Called Florida Pool Heating for service on my 10 year old heat pump. I received service within 24 hours and when the unit was diagnosed and we determined that replacing it would be a better investment than repairing it, they had a new unit installed and running that same day!
