I called on Tuesday because my A/C was apparently failing. Still worked, but was making weird sounds and didn't cool as usual. I spoke to Louie and he said the first appointment available was Friday morning from 9 to 12. I agreed. I called 9 AM on Friday to confirm they were coming. I was told by a lady that I was the 3rd appointment scheduled. I recently had all my ductwork replaced by AAA Modern Air. The initial service call was awesome. I was immediately quoted a very competitive price and was able to schedule the installation for the next day. They offered interest free financing which was very important to me. The installers were very friendly and completed the job within one day. The follow up is great and the staff is very friendly. On June 15, 2010 we entered into a yearly contract with AAA Modern Air Conditioning, Inc to provide preventative maintenance to both of our air conditioners. Also on June 15th, one of the companies representatives provided so called maintenance to our air conditioners. This service was supposed to include flushing out the drain line and providing ALGAE treatment. AAA Modern Air installed a new Goodman A/C unit for me in a condo apartment in Hollywood in December, 2008. A very positive experience, the condo was undergoing a roof replacement and AAA was the sub-contractor detaching and re-attaching the roof top A/C's. They sent all the unit owners a flyer indicating that they could offer a special replacement package since they would be disconnecting units as a part of the re-roofing.
