Brickell Motors overcharge and they would like to believe that they are giving you a discount. They overcharged me for a part that they had badly installed a few months back. I always take my car to this dealer for maintenance, since I bought my car there in 2008. I took it 1 month ago for a regular maintenance and they "supposedly" had my rear brakes adjusted and cleaned. However, I went today because brakes were making noise. I find out my rear brakes are worn and need replacing, I paid 300 dollars! My car is only a year old, yet the warranty does not cover brakes. This company is horrible. I bought a car from them in January and they were supposed to get me my tag. I stopped by their place 10 times and no one could help me. I left several messages with no return phone calls. I finally ended up getting a criminal ticket for an expired tag because I could not get anyone to help me.
