I was referred by a friend to Protection One. She and I both had ADT systems and had problems with either billing and/or service issues. Each of us decided to convert our service to Protection One. Very simple, their techs were great, the billing is correct, and if I accidentally trip my alarm they call back in less that a minute. It's so difficult to find really good customer service these days. We both highly recommend Protection One. Read More »
