I have never before written a review but I had such a bad experience that I felt compelled to comment. The technician was friendly enough but recommended I purchase a new a/c unit or a $900 part to fix my a/c problem. I chose to get another opinion and the second a/c company was unable to find the "Freon leak" and did not even mention purchasing a new unit. The worst service company in South Florida in the Air Conditioning/Heating service. Service was completly unacceptable. Very rude customer support personnel. Their Manager Scott used profanity over the phone while discussing an ongoing issue. I hope potential customers please refrain from using Air Around the Clock. This company is an absolute scam. i had a guy come out to fix my AC, and he says he installed new relays, but all he did was flip on my circuit breaker! i have a reciept of 5 items replaced, and i look in my AC unit (i know what i am looking at) and my same 20 year old equipment was still there. he came back, i said "wheres the new relay" he said pointed at "that" i said....the date on the side says 1981....
