Happy Pools, Inc. repaired our pool and applied a new diamond bright finish in November 2009. They brought the pool up to current standards and gave us clear advice on what needed to be addressed. We shopped his proposal and awarded Happy Pools with the contract because their proposal gave the most detail and also gave us the best price.
