Buyer Beware! Online Vacation Center (OVC) is Untrustworthy. Use at your own peril. We had a few vacations scheduled booked that were subsequently cancelled due to COVID. Only ONE vendor, Online Vacation Center (OVC), refused to make it right. Azamara cruise was cancelled and Azamara quickly refunded our deposit; however, OVC Refused to return our deposit. Very poor. Promised prices, made us sign over advance deposits, and then after all that tells us nothing was accepted by the cruise line so we did not get OBC or discounts we were supposed to get. (They actually called me for an extra $100 when they applied something wrong) Then when price dropped, they would not even try to get upgrades or the original credits. I booked a cruise with onlinevacationcenter.com I was given a "firm" price, category, and cabin number by the agent. The price included $100.00 that was an "administrative fee" for "book keeping purposes only" that was to be charged and credited to my account all on the same day. It was not done as promised. I have bought many cruises from Online Vacation Center, usually buying my travel insurance separately. Beware...This time I bought the insurance that Online Vacation Center was offering, but the agent did not process it correctly, causing the insurance to be almost worthless to me because her error negated the coverage of prior medical conditions that is very important to anyone buying travel insurance.
