As advertised, nothing more, nothing less. Everything was upfront no surprises. My car picked up promptly and delivered within stated time. The problem was that I was called about 4 hours before drop off having to miss one of my college classes to accommodate the drop off. The driver and his partner went out of their way to made sure things were safe and sound. They kept me advised of their progress and location several times a day, as I requested. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend them. The price was very reasonable for the excellent service by the driver and his partner. They made the experience as painless as possible. Did not take an upfront deposit, unlike many transporters, which I thought was quite honest. Car was picked up on time with plenty of communication along the way, and dropped off as promised. He knew what he was doing and was easy to work with. Could not recommend more. Read More »

Direct Connect Auto Transport. TOTAL FRAUDS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!. They caused $700 + damage to my vehicle and refused to pay for it or provide insurance information. They tell you that they are not brokers, BUT THEY ARE. They tell you that they transport using their own trucks, THEY DON’T HAVE ANY. They will give your vehicle to a broken down GYPSY type operator.
