Bought two. ONE week over warranty, maybe 8 uses, one of them fails and stops working and they billed me for the labor and refused to back off the charge. Customer service is ZERO and HOSTILE. I'm not going pay $200+ a year to maintain this going forward, I'll dump them both on Craigs List or eBay and cut my losses. The warranty policy is MISLEADING at best. Worst waste of money ever. Comes without instructions - difficult to find information on simply how to get the thing to steam - every time I pull it out it is a struggle. No better than my much less expensive previous steamer. Do not recommend. Read More »

We did a lot of research looking for these products. When my husband and I came across Vapor Clean steamers we liked everything except for the reviews that we found here. We called and talked with a couple different sales people on a number of occasions and they were honest, straightforward and not scripted like some of the other companies we called. BEWARE!!!! This company is horrible and should be forced out of business for the completely unethical way that they operate. I bought my steamer in 2009 and had no problems until Nov of 2010 when it simply would not turn on. I shipped it back and it was repaired - though it cost me $60 for shipping and $120 for the repair. I bought a cleaner from them a couple of years ago. The product has been satisfactory until now. I ordered a part from Vapor Systems LLC. Vapor Systems shipped it immediately, although I found the price to be a little high and $8.00 to ship a quarter sized part was absurd. I needed another part so finally found Vapor Clean where I purchased my machine. Well, after countless attempts to contact the company through e-mails, phone calls, and yes a BBB complaint (we were one of the many listed as "unanswered" on the countdown list attributing to their "F" rating) I now know that I have to research a company first prior to purchasing a product. www.myvaporclean.com also operates as www.steamitclean.com and Puregreen International LLC which is a registered fictious name in Florida. I too wish I had done better research before making a large purchase with this company June 2009. They were very quick to send out my order (albeit incomplete and not as described online). I would not recommend this company. I wish I had reviewed the BBB information before purchasing. Unfortunately, I did not find their "F" rating until after purchasing. This company handles your purchase expeditiously but does not provide sufficient service after purchase. I attempted to have my machine serviced and charge for service that was not completed.
