On April 14th 2011, I have paid this company $2063 in full payment for there auto extended warranty contract, And on 11/15 2012 when I called in asking for service issue, the operator told me that my name/my car is not on their computer, then I called the company (always one person brenda dedi pick up the phone), told me that the application did not went thru and they are unable to enroll me and have to give me refund. after I called three times and three emails, she finally emailed me bac... Their site lacks tons on information about their products compared to warranty direct and carchex direct. I called to ask a question and got Cameron. She did not want to help me at ALL. Refused to listen to my question to help me understand. I raised my voice a bit (not yelling), she said she did not like to be yelled at and hung up on me. WOW they really want my business. NATION WARRANTY: FRAUDULANT After exhausting research on Extended Auto Warranty companies, I chose to go with Nation Warranty Corp. of Coral Springs, FL because of the low price they quoted. I was quoted a price for the Pinnacle Coverage 72/75,000, $2500 lower than other companies. I agree with Fred S, stay far away from Nation Warranty Corporation. This Corporation completely ignored my appeal of a claim they denied, which I disputed. They did not acknowledge nor respond to repeated e-mails, and a letter they received and signed for via Certified Mail. Nation Warranty Corporation was Missing In Action and would not communicate with me. I subsequently paid $415 to replace a damaged, unsafe front car tire that developed a large bubble caused by a deep pothole. ... Read More »
