I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A TOILET, AND CALLED PLUMBING EXPERTS INC. THEY SENT OUT A TECHNICIAN AND HE DETERMINED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE WHICH I AGREED TO. HE WORKED ON THE PROBLEM FOR LESS THAN AN HOUR, AND THEN TOLD ME HIS ORIGINAL DIAGNOSIS WAS WRONG AND THAT I NEEDED ANOTHER PART THAT WAS ANOTHER $75.00. I feel this company did a very poor job at replacing the flaps in both of our toilets...the job was rushed and enough money was spent to replace the "guts" of both the toilets. They also play with the price. The ask if you have a coupon and I would not answer that question over the phone. When the man got here and wrote up how much it would be, he got very annoyed when I showed him the coupon after the quote.
