I placed the order using our business purchase order on July 29, and it said on their website that all items were in stock to ship immediately. Over a week later, still had not received the items, and when I called, Larry *owner* said that they no longer do purchase orders and that I would have to use my credit card. We ordered p-touch labels from this company and at first only received ONE of each size ordered, even though our order was for FOUR of each. After receiving this partial shipment we called and spoke to the owner, Larry. He assured us that the balance of our order would be shipped. After THREE separate phone calls and over 60 days later, we finally received the balance, BUT our credit card was charged for tax and we are a tax exempt entity. I have dealt with Ecom Office Supplies in the past with no issues. However, I place an order with them back in June for several sizes of PTouch Tapes. I received a partial shipment in July and August, but still have a backorder of 15 that I have not received.
