Ordered several hundreds of dollars of invites,reply cards,informals to be used as thank-yous.Asked for & approved proof.Unfortunately they only show one side of proof.Order arrived with Storkie ads on rear of cards. This was not mentioned anywhere on their site or shown with proof. Called (spoke to pres. of co.)requesting reprint w/out ads. Told it is their practice to print on rear if they choose. We placed an order for our sons graduation announcements. We emailed them a picture to go in the announcements. The person working on the announcements cropped the picture where my sons face is so large that it cropped the tassel off his cap. They also turned the picture the wrong way. I just wanted to thank you for the most wonderful experience i have with your site. I'm an event planner, have an other full time job and 2 little kids. You guys took wonderful care of me, gave me great suggestions for the labels to match the invitations and did it all for no extra cost, and fast. Took more than 3 weeks to receive my order which never came and I ended up canceling!! Then when I called them, it took them forever to get their computers running and I was on the phone for 45 min waiting for an answer that they could've given me within 5 minutes had they invested in better computers. LOVE the wedding invitations I ordered from Storkie. The shipping was super fast, packaging was great, and the invitations I ordered are simply gorgeous. The shimmer cardstock and raised lettering are so elegant (I ordered the "Shimmer Leaves & Pearls" invite), and at this price point I was amazed!!! Will definitely order from Storkie again. I placed an order with Storkie Express for custom stamps for my wedding invitations and paid $22 for rush delivery which is stated as 2-4 business days on their website. Due to fraud problems they have experienced, Storkie placed a hold on my order without making it clear to me. They called me two days later to confirm the order, and after verifying my info they told me the order was released and would arrive in 2-4 days. This is my First time ordering from this company, and I loved it. I was hesitate at first because I wanted to see samples in hand before ordering, but I took my chances. It was worth the chance.Very fast in delivery of the products. Gave a reasonable time to get a proof of the cards i ordered before they were sent out. I tried to order sample invitations. I wanted to see the quality of the product, before I placed an order. Two of the invitations I chose, were unavailable. The reason given was that not enough people had placed orders for the invitations I chose, so they had no samples to mail me. She had no idea when or if the samples would be available.
