I have always received excellent service from Bodylastics. I have been purchasing resistance bands from them in three separate orders and have always top notch service. Several months after my first purchase, I received some replacement bands with a note from them stating they had realised the manufacturer had made a mistake in the size of the insert used to secure the band to the clip, creating a potential injury hazard.
