I recently had my second experience selling my fine jewelry and a Cartier watch through Circa in Boca Raton. Their representative, Harold, was not only informative and honest. But I got the best service and higher than expected return for my pieces. I went the first time after seeing an ad. I walked away with a more than fair price for 2 very special pieces.
