I had my roof replaced early 2011. It seems that the Divosta homes around Bear Lakes CC have all needed their roofs replaced about the same time. I received 3 bids from roofers I had seen working in the area. Bossler was $1000 over the lowest but $2000 below the highest. They did explain that the cost would increase if additional work on plywood, facial etc is required. This company was recommended to me through my realtor who sold me a 2700 sq/ft home built in the late 1980's. The cement tiled roof was well beyond its life span and needed to be replaced. The Bossler Roofing Inc. company sales person stated it would take approximately 3-4 weeks to replace, give or take, depending on the weather to complete the job.
