DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Sureway Moving and Storage failed to deliver their most basic service offered. They lost serval belongings of mine after I had used their service to move out and store my belongings. They never took responsibility for the claim, They LOST more than 2K in furniture and personal belongings. Also scratched and literally BROKE my wooden bed. If you don't mind having movers show up late, damaging the paint and walls in your brand-new, freshly painted house AND being overcharged by an office staff that can't handle simple math, then Sureway is the mover for you. Please avoid this company at all costs. Local moving companies are a dime a dozen and I made the mistake of going with them. Save yourself some grief and look elsewhere. You'll thank me later. I will never use this moving company again and would NOT recommend anyone else to use it as well. I did an instate move and they were late 3 hours caused me to miss my cable installer (which I had to wait 4 days). On top of being late they got my new mattress set dirty, didn't put boxed that were labeled in the appropriate rooms and didn't put some of the furniture they took apart back. I've moved several times. This company moved me from Jupiter to Jacksonville and was by far the most professional, caring, and fairly priced I've ever used. It's a small, independent company, locally owned and operated and their people are unsurpassed for efficiency and know-how. If there were ten stars I'd have given all 10 to them.
