I called Jewel Limo 3 times in the time span of a month. I gave them all of my event information to make a reservation each time and even went so far as to give my credit card information the last time. My third call was made in the morning. When I hadn't received the paperwork by the afternoon, I called to remind them I was waiting for it. They insisted that they would send it before the completion of the day. I would not recommend anyone to use this dishonest/lying/cheating company. And I strongly warn anyone who does use Charles's services to be weary of what Charles says over the phone verses what he puts in writing in his fax.
