Although I purchased this particular “art” 15 years ago while on a Costa Cruise Ship in the Caribbean, I recently found out the so called autographed signature is a fraud. The 11X14 picture of New York Yankee #7 Hall of Famer Mickey Mantle in the on deck circle with his autograph cannot be certified by baseball fan collectors either through PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) Authentication and Grading Services.
