The salesman ordered a model without handles, and both he and I were unaware that it required the customer to supply the handles. Can you imagine receiving a refrigerator without handles and then being told that you are stuck with it! The refrigerator cost me over $5,000 and they refuse to replace it for the correct one, or simply supply me with the handles that will fix my problem. On Jan. 4 my 11 month old LCD TV broke. Service came and had to order parts on Jan. 6. It took almost 1 month for the parts to come in. I was asked to pick up the television from the warehouse. At the warehouse I was shown the front of the television and then the TV was placed inside the box by the warehouse employee. At no time did I feel it necessary to inspect the television completely or to confirm that the serial number on the box matched the serial number on the television. Since this television was purchased as a gift it was left in the box.

I have bought 4 electronics from this store in the past year, all on different trips. Their prices are a little better than most stores, but I noticed that the salespeople are allowed to "bargain" or "haggle" with the consumer to get the price down. On the last item I bought, a flat screen TV, the sales rep made me feel like I was haggling over a used car. He offered to give back some of his commission by putting "his code" into the the computer.
