I ORDERED A FLOATING FLOOR, TRIM AND STAIR NOSE MOLDING. THE ORDERING PROCESS WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. I RECEIVED THE MATERIAL AND INSTALLED THE FLOOR WITHOUT A PROBLEM. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO INSTALL THE STAIR NOSE, IT DIDN'T FIT. THE FLOORING SPECIALIST, MANAGER AND WAREHOUSE REPS ALL GOT INVOLVED TO MAKE SURE I GOT THE RIGHT STAIR NOSE FOR MY FLOOR. We ordered LVP for our entire house from fastfloors.com and had a great experience. I called multiple times with questions and for price checks and they were always courteous and prompt with replies. I placed an order on April 1. They cancelled it because the product was discontinued and never told me. I waited and waited. Then I had to call and leave messages 3 times, as well as email twice. I found Fast Floors searching through Google. The sales person I spoke to was very kind and helpful. He was able to find the exact floor that I was looking for and got it delivered quickly. I placed an order back in March which came along with a very large rebate ($750). At first, I was very nervous about the reviews but the sales person assured me that as long as I sent in all the paper work I would get my rebate. The paper work was already filled out. So I did a lot of research, a lot of it (and I'll skip by how they try to confuse you by talking price per foot, shipping, rebate,etc). I talked with the sales people at FastFloors.com and expressed my concern about this rebate situation. First, your quote will change dramatically if you want to use a credit card, so don't trust the price they estimate until you ask that question. Second, when we had a box arrive that was damaged, I worked with their claims department to refund us the money on that box. But when I tried to order a replacement box, they told me it would be triple the price ($300 instead of $100). This damage was not my fault. Terrible customer service experience! Read More »

I would caution you to do your homework before you send them a check. I paid for my flooring in full back in February. It was received and is still in my foyer waiting to be installed. No one wants to take on the liability of installing because it appears the flooring has a defective finish on the surface. To date, I have not been able to get resolution through either FastFloors or the manufacturer, QuickStep. It has been 6 months that we have been walking on sub floor. I am hoping to write a...
