I've been with Flawless Auto for as far back as I can remember. They are loyal, hard working and they know what they're doing. Is rather the work be right and take all day then my car be fubar'd and barely messed with. The prices are better than the competitors but the quality of the work says it all. My experience with this shop has been that they lure you in with a good deal i.e. $89.00 for brakes, a coupon for a free oil change but then want to make up for it somewhere else. I think the coupons are just a tactic to get people in but that they don't really want to honor what they advertise. When they do honor their sale, it seems like the next time you come in for something else without a coupon they will be making up for their "loss".
