Don't buy cartridges from Databazaar.com. Their recycled cartridges do not work on HP printers, and they won't let you return them when you find that out. Don't waste your money with recycled print cartridges from DATABAZAAR.com. They told me that a return older than 30 days is non-returnable. If you don't put that cartridge in your computer right away, and find out that it won't work in your printer, you have wasted your money and don't even think you will get it back. I ORDERED SEVERAL LASER TONER CARTRIDGES A WHILE AGO. THE LAST ONE I TRIED TO USE IS DEFECTIVE. THE COMPANY REFUSES TO ISSUE ANY TYPE OF CREDIT. EVEN THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE ADVERTISES "100% NO-HASSLE WARRANTY AND RETURN". I CALL THIS DECEPTIVE. Read More »

I ordered a Lexmark E210 compatible cartridge from this company, and they sent the wrong one, not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, the correct item I ordered was printed on the packing slip, but the item number on the actual item did not match the one clearly printed on the box. Very frustrating! I finally just gave up and requested a full refund. They did have an easy process to return incorrect items. Read More »
