How do they deserve an A+. I expected to see "I told you so" do not purchase. Tryed to return a phone with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. It does not get service in S E Wisconsin in most places including my neighborhood 1 mile from the freeway with no obstructions. Spent 1 hour on the phone with them and they managed to send me 1 call out of 4 tries while standing outside. They told me there was nothing wrong with the phone and I would have to live with it. I am not sure how tracfone got such a good review. there customer service is nil and they are not helpful at all. I have been through the ringer with them for the past 2 weeks. They 1st charged almost $100 for minutes that I purchased on there website but I never received the minutes. It took 7 calls and 6 hours to get 3 of the charges back. I have been a tracfone customer for years. Recently I noticed a 14.95 charge on my debit card (twice on the same day) for a company called UMG. I called the company to inquire about the charges and they told me that I made a purchase online (even told me the date) and was offered a ten dollar rebate when I did. Not sure how this co rates an A+ from the BBB. They pulled a switcheroo on me when I tried to add time and minutes via their Web site. Then, they refused to correct the problem, which would not have cost them one thin dime to do. When, I filed a BBB complaint they asked what I would consider a "remedy." I will echo the views of all those I have read on this review section. We are vacationing here and bought a phone at Target. It did not work and was replaced. I agree with everyone else. If you have a problem with your phone be prepared to spend HOURS on the phone with incompetant CSR's who do not speak very good English and who are not at all helpful or knowledgeable. I recently attempted to activate and switch over service to a newer phone. Upon activation, I received a "SIM rejected" message.
