I have been buying from them for past several months and have done thousands of dollars of business. Their delivery is sometimes within 2 business days and at most 5 business days from the order placement. (I am in California) Very good customer service. Robbie, the sales manager, is the best. I placed an order for 10 reams of paper that was compared to other stores pricing for a full box of 10 and I only received one ream. The item number clearly states it is for 10 reams. Upon calling customer service, the man was rude and insisted it was for only one ream and said he would credit my account instead of send the entire order. TheNerds.net was running a special on Gamin 255 gps they sent me an email stating if you put in coupon code you get a special price I went to their site plugged in the code it showed up as $104.00 credit which made the GPS $39.90 that is the amount with shipping that showed in the cart I thought this was just a special since gamin had stopped making these and 90% of the places that were selling these were sold out after the cart billed out the price showed up at $144.98 I have all th... I have had THE WORST experience with this organization from beginning to end and it still isn't finished. They shipped the wrong item, it took me two weeks of calling to have them issue a return ticket, they received the item on 1/9/2009 from my returning it and after another 4 phone calls (forget it if you think they will return your messages or emails) to have them get around to issuing a credit.
