I was really skeptical about selecting this company for my CES based on some of the terrible reviews i did read and hear from customers. many of these reviews were about the way this company sneak its way to the customers money. This company is beyond perfect every thing is easy and clear all what i have to do is to send my transcripts and my payment i got a link with the date at which My CES report was going to be ready and was provided with an evaluator name and email to facilitate communication her name was Anastasia. Do not use this company for evaluations. I had to use them because I went to Puerto Rico for nursing school. The Florida Board of Nursing requires an evaluation and they give 5 different companies that have been approved. I chose Josef Silny and would very much regret that decision. Do not use this company. First of all, their evaluation is not accurate. My university confirmed that my GPA is 2.54 out of 4. Josef Silny & Associates calculated it as 2.30. I contacted my university and they stated that it is impossible. Josef Silny & Associates have an obsession in evaluating peoples credentials much less than what it really is. I am completely dissatisfied and disagree with evaluation this company provides, and I explain why. First, I already have a job in higher education institution in the United States on the level of research associate (PhD level) and am a permanent resident of USA. They are a rip off. I paid extra money to have my documents translated faster as they recommended and after I paid, the documents got translated so late and the extra money was a lie. Then, after a year or so I called them and they said they still have my documents in their possession, I called again last year to make sure and they said they still have them. I am totally disregarding all these negative comments and I am about to use the services of Josef Silny & Associates, Inc, and I hope I am making the right choice by doing so. I did call twice today and in my opinion the phones were answered promptly. I wouldn't share my personal history with Josef Silny and Associates Inc to the web for professional reasons. But I would tell anyone that is planning to use their services that they are really really bad. Total time for service 146 days! Delays MIGHT have been avoided by communicating. Getting ahold of person in charge of my case (Lilia Manrique-Fernandez) was difficult by phone or mail. Josef Silney is one of the worst companies that I had to deal with!!!! Not only they take forever (much longer than the promised 10 business days) but it also almost impossible to reach them. Be prepared to be on hold with them FOREVER and also most likely your question will not be answered. They just really don’t know what they are talking about. Although Josef Silny & Associates claims to provide credential evaluation services, a customer could experience substantial complications with the product they offer. The incompetence of these people is more dangerous than the lack of Customer Service of this business. I have had a terrible experience with this company.
