I hired this company with a firm gut feeling, although I read the negative review given to them. Well feeling nervous I trusted my feelings.Let me say this I find fault sometimes how the stars set in the sky. The came trough for me with FLYING COLORS including putting a cat door in my screen,perfect.The middle age Spanish man work clean and efficient. I called in to request someone come out to look at my doors that were not swinging right. I was told right away its a hinge issue and not under warranty and I would have to pay for repairs. I told them that was fine but how do you know its a hinge issue. I was then told by Marilyn I need to call the president and she hung up the phone on me. I called Rene and got no answer. Outstanding! When I first met with their salesman, he provided me with a list of customers. I actually called four or five of them. When I told them that I was calling for a reference, they were immediately at ease. A good sign I thought. They were more than willing to share their positive experience with Florida Screen Builders. Tony and his crew were very professional. They knocked on our door at 8:30 am and were completely done with our enclosure by 5 pm. They even requested brooms at the end of the day and completely swept around the pool. We couldn't be happier with the quality. Our home is in Texas. My brother lives in Florida and has a lanais and we loved it and wanted one for ourselves. We reviewed many builders and found Florida screen Builders to have the better credentials. So, after talking to them for several months, we flew their builder to Texas and with the help of our hired hands, they put a Florida Lanais up for us here in Texas. We love it! Florida Screen Builders has been a pleasure to deal with. We recently contracted with them to have a pool enclosure built and an addition to our concrete patio. Rene worked with us thru each phase of the project and was always available and willing to answer all of our questions. His company's reputation speaks for itself and played a large part in our decision to use them. All the work was done in a timely manner, his installers were very neat and did a wonderful job.
