I have read and understand the 3 comments on said company and have to say you have a right to your opinion. Yes, they were fined for what they were charged for. But let me make one thing clear, what happened has nothing to do with the agents that work for them. They are only doing what they are told. Do not label the whole group for a few peoples mistakes. Stay away from this company. Their customer service is poor. I called for more information instead I got the run-a-round. I spoke with 3 different people each one had attitudes. I then asked for a manager and they refused to give me one. If you research this travel company you will find that they are owned by Smolinski and Associates Inc. (owner Lee Smolinski) doing business as Palm Coast Travel. They have been fined by the state of Florida for representing unauthorized insurers. This company... Read More »

When I was taking a college course a couple of years ago, one of the case studies that we had concerned insurance fraud, and I remembered (actually, I had to look it up again) that Florida has has had a law on the books for several years called the Pete Orr Insurance Fraud Act, and that several businesses have been actually shut down for selling unlicensed insurance products to Floridians. If you access the link, "Add'l Company Info" on the bottom right of the BBB website and then click "Additional DBAs", the name Palm Coast Travel comes up. If you do a Google search for "Palm Coast Travel" the first two articles that appear are titled: "Palm Coast Travel fined $2500 and placed on probation" and "Palm Coast Travel sues a customer."
