Nations Choice Moving and Storage contracted Legal Transportation, Inc. to move my household goods from Memphis, Tn to Clyde, NC. The problem began when LTI arrived with a 53' truck that had already picked up a load that was 7,400 lbs overweight (Oct 24th). I had estimated our weight to be between 8,000-9,000 lbs. It was easy to organize my furniture pick with Rozita over email and the phone. I had multiple questions all answered without difficulty, which made me feel very comfortable. Furniture pick up was as scheduled. I had to call to find out when they were going to drop off the furniture, which happened to be earlier then the estimated time. I was completely and utterly amazed at the professionalism of Legal. The driver, Audrey, moved large, heavy and fragile pieces for me and made it seem easy. He was so kind and helpful. He and the other driver were on time, they kept in contact with me, and they were highly professional and had all the equipment to make this move (Dallas, TX to Fort Lauderdale , FL )without a hitch. Legal Transportation handled our move from Virginia to Florida and the whole process was so smooth & took the headache out of moving. To start, we decided to go with them due to being BBB members, licensed & insured, plus they had the fastest transit time at the best rate out there for our load (about 9k lbs).
