I live in CA and had to transport a car from CO to MT. After reading reviews on a number of companies, I chose National Car Transport because of their high customer ratings and I'm so glad I did. My transport was completed within days of my request and what I liked the most was that the driver assigned to move my vehicle stayed in contact with me to let me know where he was at any given time. I had my car transported from New Jersey to North Carolina in June by National Car Transport and I cannot even express my gratitude to them...I was very nervous when I called and talked to a lovely lady named Diana. I received a quote from Mike @ National Car Transport let them know the urgency of having my vehicle picked up on time. Mike gave me the quote and said he will take of it and work within my time frames. Not only did the driver contact me prior to showing up he contacted me as well when he was outside of my house to pick up the vehicle. We were in urgent need of getting our car out of California as our closing date was coming up and we needed to move. Spoke with Mike and he gave us the quote and told us the vehicle will be picked up within a certain period of time. The driver was really nice and loaded our vehicle and was very careful about everything. It arrived 6 days later in the same conditions it was given tot he driver. I used American Auto Transport / National Car Transport to move my vehicle from NY-CA. I had spoken with Michael and he had told me that my vehicle will be picked up within a week. The vehicle was picked up within that week ( 2 Days) and the driver was very nice. My car was loaded onto the truck and off it went. I received my vehicle with 8 days and was safe and sound. I recently had two vehicles shipped and I worked with Michael to make the arrangements. This was the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle so I didn't know what to expect.
