ivgStores advertise "free shipping" and "no restocking fee" but if you want to return something, they tell you that they will deduct the "original shipping amount" which you had no way of anticipating. They come up with some original shipping amount out of thin air. This is a restocking fee. If you are only charged a fee when you return something, it is a restocking fee. It has now been 13 days...13 phone calls... and NO RESPONSE from the company. I received a glass table that arrived shattered. Tables 21 has provided me with a quality two-leaf dining table and eight matching chairs. Without question they not only replaced the half of the table that arrived damaged at the end, they have replaced the entire table top and the connecting boards to make the change-over easy. I ordered a Northcape all-weather wicker sofa with cushions. The sofa's quality is outstanding and very comfortable. Wow, after my experience it is hard to believe that anyone has had a good repore with this company. I ordered a dining room table and hutch/server set on April 19th 2010. We are extremely happy with our leather bench we purchased from IVG! It matches our additional office furniture exactly. PLEASE read posts on this company. Buy at your own RISK!! If you buy from them make them invoice you through e-bay and pay through paypal only. I have to give ivgStores the highest marks from all points of view! After an initial delivery problem (that was not their fault), their Customer Service handled the matter promptly and most efficiently, to my absolute satisfaction. The item delivered (a 6 lbs. Horrible service. We STILL do NOT have our tv console after 2 months of waiting. One unit arrived completely damaged and they have yet to order us a new one. Every time we call no one helps us. IVG Stores completed my order perfectly. These folks contacted me to advise a delayed shipping date. I needed my order (archery supplies) for a kid's event at my church. When I told them I needed the goods by a certain date, the deliveries were made within a few days. The Ivgstore affiliate I dealt with is Comcore21 (owned by IVG). In 2008, I waited 20 wks for an online order of 4 counter stools, for which they promised a "2-3 wk" ship date. They later claimed they verbally told me the ship date had been adjusted to 6-8 wks...either way, FAR shorter than the 20 weeks I actually waited. Called company who said they would refund amount paid, but I would not have ordered furniture I had to set up myself. No advance notice of change was given.
