Purchased a home in Canopy Creek and regret it everyday. The Kolter management company cares less about HO's and forget even trying to work with Kolter. Kolter does advertise a "Gated Community", but failed to mention (until confronted at a POA meeting) that the Gate was never "promised secured or manned". There is NO Security as the "Greeter" only works from 10am to 6pm (for Kolter) interests. Kolter representative promised that the Gate security issues would be resolved,and talking to neigh...
