I have a HP computer which has an extended warranty through CityAssure. In March I contacted them as I had a buzzing sound coming from my computer so I filed a claim. The technician on the phone stated this was a problem with my power supply. When the repairman came out he stated it was not the power supply but the video card that was causing the problem and ordered this part. I purchases renters insurance in Oct 07. The policy was cancelled in April 08. The company stated they would send a refund. According to their representative, they issued a credit back to my credit card. The account that is closed. The bank states no credit was received from this company. I emailed several times trying to convince this company that I have not received the refund.
