This company came out the same day that I called them. They were able to pinpoint the problem and repair it within just a couple of hours. They were professional and polite. I do admit that I would have liked if they had told me that they charge a trip fee. I've never called for an electrician so in their defense, I don't know if that's the standard in the industry.
