In 2010, Thompson's Roofing was paid over $13,000 to redo the roof. One of the main reasons we bought the house was due to the newer roof. John Thompson (the owner) told us the warranty is not transferable and we need to pay $1000 to have it transferred to us and it would cover us until 05/22/2015.
