At first i thought they might be a scam but after talking with a long time employee i understand what they are. After doing some research found the company has two other websites they going by which are; www.MagicalDreamEscapesInc.com and http://www.8006405250.com/ . The www.MagicalDreamEscapes.com is the web site that is on the front of the voucher package that was received in the mail, in which it is inoperable. Very rude customer service - they don't even bother making sure their customer is happy and satisfied. All they care about is making money and stating its non refundable. Don't bother with them - they are out there to make money. They wont accept email correspondences so be aware that despite the fact they publish their email address, they won't respond to you to avoid any trails of evidence.
