I have always found the owner to be great to work with. Has a clear terms and condition policy that must be agreed to or no sale can be made at the website and clearly states courses must be completed in 30 days. It seems the problem is a smear campaign by the NCBTMB because of illegal transcripts being produced and this owner blew the whistle on them. Just ask the FSMTB director for a character reference.
