I must say that I was a really worried and nervous about my March 9th move because I had several bad experiences with moving companies in the past. I wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much I appreciated Rafael and the guys from Us-1 Van Lines with my move on Sunday. They were wonderful. I am going through a difficult time and the move could have been ugly and highly emotional, but Rafael was sensitive and kind above and beyond anything I could have expected. This company has a lot to offer. Free online estimates or on site, full packing services, auto transportation and storage's all over the United States. They really are a great company to hire. The people who come to your home and pack your belongings need to be trusted and I felt comfortable from the professionalism that the crew had. This company is the best moving company I have ever used. They called me 3 days prior to move to confirm and were right on time the day of the move. They fully discolsed every charge to me before the move started and their pricint is very competitive. The movers were friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
